UI-UX Manager

To bring these products to market, we are seeking a multidimensional go-getter UI/UX Design Manager with vast experience in mobile, responsive web, Google Material Design, and multi-platform services.


Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-depth market research, usability testing and end-users' feedback gathering studies. Then create user-centered designs through users' feedback and usability study findings
• Will deliver UX/UI architecture, wireframes, mockups, click-through prototypes for web/mobile applications, in cab displays using design tools such as Adobe XD and Zeplin.
• Identify and collaborate successfully with Key Stakeholders
• Develop effective surveys and facilitating focus groups to collect market research data; proactively identifying market needs and creating business case to support needs
• Lead a team in delivering strong conceptual thinking and innovative solutions that capture brand essence and challenge the status quo
• Demonstrate high standards of workmanship, attention to detail
• Lead experience design efforts from discovery through delivery, collaborating with cross-discipline teams on processes, activities, and deliverables
• Establish design production processes on project work (ie. Shared libraries, design system creation and management)
• Manage teams to ensure expectations are clear and key deadlines and milestones are met
• Read and understand project and requirement documentation
• Lead experience design efforts from discovery through delivery, collaborating with and leading cross-discipline teams on processes, activities, and deliverables
• Lead project design teams day to day
• Participate in new-business activities, presentations and estimates
• Anticipate project needs and proactively offer solutions
• Proactively manage workload and deliverables
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Create and maintain team budget and allocations

Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience (including leading projects and hands on experience with design software)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Sciences, or UX/Interaction Design
• 5 plus years of work experience in interaction and visual design, creating digital solutions for complex web, responsive, and native mobile applications. Experience in managing a design team cross segment/platform.

The Preferred Candidate will have:

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates the depth and breadth of design skills
• You are accustomed to creating designs that are informed by and reflect the outcomes of research and investigation, and refined through user testing and prototyping
• Ability to make and explain complex design decisions to experts and laypeople
• Advanced working knowledge of relevant industry tools including but not limited to Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience managing and designing with design system frameworks
• Ability to accurately estimate and delegate work so that it is delivered on time and on budget
• Experience working on enterprise digital product development (applications and websites)
• Prior experience working for a global product translated into multiple languages
• Expert level in Adobe XD, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in conducting and planning usability testing and user research
• A good understanding in software technologies including HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript, Web Services, Responsive Web Designs, mobile web, Web Apps, etc.
