We are seeking for Solution Architects with Cloud and hands-on experience in Open Source, Microservices Architecture, and cloud native technology framework to join our dynamic team and to support Enterprise Architecture practice. In this role, you will be responsible for boosting CNH cloud strategy by designing and supporting the implementation of cloud-based solutions and refactoring of monolithic architectures to microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a composable approach to build cloud applications using Open Source, Microservices Architecture, and cloud native technologies and best practices.
• Lead the design and support the development of cloud applications and services that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that all services are properly integrated and work seamlessly together.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement a cloud architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Define and implement best practices for cloud applications and services.
• Ensure that all cloud applications and services meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach other team members on cloud-native architecture and best practices.
• Supporting existing system-landscape analysis to ensure landscape harmonization, evaluating alternatives and enhancements to tools and processes
• Stimulate cross-functions review to minimize siloed approach and to rationalize process, ensuring business solutions developed across the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principle

This position pays between $88,000 and $127,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of:
  • experience in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures.
  • hands-on experience with Open Source, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation technologies and practices
  • implementing architectures using microservices and APIs.
• At least 5 years experience on complex technology landscape and rationalization
• 2 or more years experience working in international and multidisciplined teams

Preferred:

• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile software development
