  The Digital Marketing T&E Department has an opening for a Project Manager, Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platforms (GCP & GMP). We are seeking a Project Manager that thrives in the Digital landscape and desires to contribute in a fast-paced environment. This position is in Pleasanton, California or Dallas, Texas
  
  Mandatory Needs:
  
  • Work with implementation teams from concept to operations, providing project management to successfully deploy large scale data solutions in the enterprise using modern data / analytics technologies on the cloud
  • Provide clear, concise, transparent, and insightful status reporting to the team, executives, and a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements including risk and issues management
  • Help in a full technical discovery, spotting pain points, business and technical requirements, and "as is" and "to be" scenarios
  • Work with data team to efficiently use Google Cloud platform and its AI capabilities to analyze data, build data models, and generate reports/visualizations
  • Understand basics of the technical design and architecture (and its implications) of Google Cloud platform and work closely with architects, tech leads and developers to execute it
  • Foster a strong work environment that rewards individual and team efforts; encourages creativity while maintaining high caliber productivity and quality.
  • Prior experience running large programs with multi track execution is a must. This must be in a matrixed, virtual, multivendor set up across time zones.
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  Additional skills:
  
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform is a must.
  • Exposure to managing data pipelines into GCP is a must.
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies on GCP is a plus.
  • Exposure to Google Marketing Cloud (DV360, SA360, ADH, CM) is a plus.
  • Good functional knowledge of scrum and Kanban
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
  • 6+ years of Project Manager Experience
  • Must have experience implementing solutions leveraging the cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred but other cloud platforms can be considered e.g. Azure, Amazon)
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to actively participate and contribute to technical design discussions
  • Experience with Agile development preferred
  • Prior execution experience of strategic Technology Digital Marketing projects and expertise in managing a complex application integration project
  • Experience on working on large scale Digital Transformation initiatives
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Former specialty consulting firm or Big 4 experience desirable
  • Candidates that are strategic thinkers will do well in the role, but open to "be in the weeds" as needed.
  • Retail experience a plus but not required for this opportunity
