Precision Agriculture Trainer

The Precision Agriculture Trainer will develop and deliver Technical and End-User Training courses in support of PS&T products for dealer service technicians, field personnel, internal company personnel, and end-user customers.

This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements and has a travel commitment that is outlined in the qualifications listed below.

The ideal candidate will be based in Sioux Falls, SD.



Responsibilities

• Work with PS&T product managers, Field Specialists, and brands to incorporate needed material into classroom training offering.
• Determine correct content required for training.
• Develop training material and keep current based on new product/ new features introduced as well as feedback received on existing sessions
• Deliver Technical and End-User classroom based training and online based training
• Connect with Technical Support, Product Management and field personnel to identify training needs to achieve product support training objectives.
• Support logistics requirements for training: personnel, equipment, and machines.
• Provide feedback to Training Manager as to learning objective outcomes at conclusion of courses.
• Act as the Technical Expert on Precision Agriculture products, delivering Train the Trainer sessions internally.
• Assist Precision Technology Support Agents with dealer and end-user support cases as directed by management.
• Work with CNH Industrial Training Shared Services to write and deliver "Master's" level Training material for CNH Industrial employees and CNH Dealers.

The salary offered for this position will fall between $71,000 and $102,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with at least one year of experience with precision farming content experience;

OR

• Minimum of a High School Diploma with at least three (3) years with precision farming content experience
• Must have the ability to travel at least 40% of the time to off-site locations for training presentation

The ideal will possess:

• Previous experience with teaching and/or training a large group is strongly preferred
