As Parts & Services Sales Manager for Construction Equipment, you will be responsible for developing the Aftermarket (AM) business in the outlined territory. This person will develop the 'best in class' service capabilities within our expanding network and will be accountable to meet financial targets for Parts, Attachments & Service products.

This is a field position and will cover Canada. The candidate should reside in Ontario, Quebec or near a major airport.



Responsibilities

• Developing Aftermarket (AM) Business Plans with dealers
• Driving a strong commercial plan with our dealers to increase capture rates and grow AM sales
• Supports Product Management in untapping and developing new business opportunities for Parts, Attachments and Service products
• Prepare budget proposal and accurate forecast for the area of competence
• Create and implement dealer service KPIs to measure service shop practices and profitability
• Support the implementation of AM competence enhancement projects in the dealer network (i.e. GDP).
• Leads the implementation of AM dealer operating standards (i.e. Partnership Program) and supports regular audits
• Develops dealers Commercial Service offering/retail capabilities, including Service, Maintenance Contracts, Extended Warranties, Machine Inspections and Service kits
• Gather competitive intelligence (Product offering; programming; etc.) and collaborate with marketing
• Frequent travel

This salary range for this position falls between $76,500 and $103,500 CAD, with the addition of a sales incentive plan.



Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in a customer facing, sales and/or business development capacity

The preferred candidate will have:

• French language skills - written and verbal
