MyHR Coordinator

Are you known for your attention to detail and pride yourself in being a responsible professional? Come join us as an HR Coordinator! As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting administrative functions related to the employee lifecycle process and providing excellent customer service to business partners and SNC employees. You will input employment changes and maintain electronic employee records in Workday while maintaining data integrity by performing frequent data audits. You will also serve as a resource to employees regarding company policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Primary Responsibilities include:
  • Inputs employment changes and maintains electronic employee records in the HRMS
  • Ensures data integrity by performing frequent data audits
  • Processes confidential record requests and handles sensitive data for the team and customers
  • Prepares and provides reports as necessary
  • Coordinates and prepares New Employee Orientation (NEO) activities
  • May facilitate New Employee Orientation
  • Submits organizational chart updates based on information provided by BA HR Manager
  • Serves as a resource to employees regarding company policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Partners with Enterprise HR team and serves as a liaison between HR functional teams to ensure optimal customer service delivery to the organization
  • Contributes to process, procedure and training updates
  • Identifies opportunities for best practices and process improvement for overall efficiency
  • Performs administrative activities as assigned


Must Haves:
  • High School Diploma. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant Human Resources experience required


Preferred:
  • Workday HRMS experience desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Above average skills using Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Solid customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong ability to prioritize effectively
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
