Perficient is currently looking for a Key Account Director. This position can be located anywhere in the U.S with a preference for California, or West Coast based candidates.

Job Overview:

The Key Account Director Role will play a vital role in driving growth and high quality delivery in Perficient's key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Management Consulting philosophy and approach to seeking out and developing key relationships and opportunity. You will work closely with our clients, our business units and delivery competency groups, our leadership team, sellers and influencers to harness the best of perficient to solve and deliver engagements that drive specific client outcomes.

  • As a leader in the Healthcare space you have innovated, conceived, planned and delivered consulting services and solutions to deliver against key client capabilities for healthcare payers.
  • Grown an established book of business in digital consulting services, achieving double digit growth year-over-year.
  • Effectively engage and communicate internally and with client stakeholders
  • Establish overarching program goals and objectives in light of the outcomes desired by the customer and ensure the achieve of programs, projects and initiatives.
  • Sucessfully deliver complex multi-year programs comprising multiple workstreams
  • Employ a framework of stringent quality and compliance controls to ensure success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients
  • Manage account operational activities and ensure accurate forecasting


  • Drive the development of new sales opportunities
  • Minimum of 10 years Management Consulting Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Healthcare in executive leadership roles
  • Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Strategic Account Management Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Architecture experience.
  • Experience working with geographically separate project teams.
  • Experience with execution best practices
  • Experience implementing digital solutions into large corporate environment.
  • Experience with innovation
  • Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment.
  • Experience with a wide variety of technologies and solutions
  • Experience with the business and mission of a health plan and its operations
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
