JOB DESCRIPTION:Performs complex trend analysis of business goals, objectives and needs for clients and theProfessional Service business unit. The Business Analyst will provide consultative services, validatingbusiness cases, and solution recommendation to ensure that EMEA PS Demand and Supply is matched without leaving stranded revenue, or creating stranded costs. The role requires extensive knowledge of existing tools functionality and the ability to map that to the business needs to create the clear signal of sold and unsold business demand to drive the supply capacity required by the EMEA PS delivery practicesThe position governs and runs the reviews of supply with practice managers vs demand required and drives actions required with both demand (the regional partners) and supply (delivery practices) to ensure business needs are met.The role owns the interactions with senior leaders, the processes and procedures used, and adapts them to improve the process as well as adapting to the changing EMEA PS business. Runs with business operations and analytics needs as pertaining to: current projects and initiatives, ad hoc information requests, and business case development for tools and resources.
Establish and execute against a consistent operating cadence and methodology i.e. Sales stage process & forecasting, impact of ProServ to NRR, execution of the process that are designed by business management.
Develop robust analytics and reporting capabilities that provide insights to ProServ leadership, recommend metric sets that can be used to review and predict the health of the business and performance.
Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast and respective activities associated to current and future pipeline. Manage and provide visibility around leading indicators of future pipeline development and revenue generation.
