Brief Job Description
The Associate Service Delivery Manager Banner is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and continuing to grow the relationship between ITEC and its customers. This includes ensuring that ITEC's service and project teams are achieving business objectives and delivering the highest quality services. As a customer-facing position, it requires understanding individual customer organization needs, learning the technical details of the Banner architecture ITEC supports, and ensuring ITEC is meeting its service level agreements.

The location for this position is in Buffalo, NY. An office location at a New York State or SUNY Institution may be possible.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in one or more of the following roles:
A Banner programmer
A higher education SIS business analyst
A member of a higher education administrative office that required heavy use of the Banner Application
Experience with technology support in an educational setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Banner Student Information System, preferably with exposure to Student, General, and Financial Aid back office and self service
Experience managing mission critical client-facing IT services
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex technical or operational issues with the Banner SIS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
The ability to learn from others and to teach oneself when required
