Job Summary

A professional research associate position is available in the Wuttke Research Group in the Department of Biochemistry at University of Colorado Boulder. The successful applicant should have experience expressing and purifying nuclear hormone receptors, preparation of RNA and DNA ligands, and experience with fluorescence anisotropy binding assays. • Bacterial expression and purification of nuclear hormone receptors.
• In vitro transcription of RNA and purification.
• Fluorescence anisotropy binding assays.
• Routine lab duties, including ordering and stocking reagents.
