Part-Time Instructor, Real Estate Salesperson's Exam Preparation

Tuesday/Thursday
March 24 - May 7
12:00 to 2:00
Location: Danvers Campus


SALARY: $50.00/hr.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Instruct students with the knowledge and understanding of real estate principles and practices necessary to qualify for a position as a real estate salesperson. Prepare for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's Examination. Explore property, contracts, closing, financing, brokerage, housing, zoning, appraisal, Massachusetts' license law, and real estate math.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Create syllabus
  2. Instruct students
  3. Assess & grade Students regarding course competencies
  4. Submit grades to Division
  5. Administer evaluations


Job Requirements:
  • Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor's License
  • Teaching or training experience preferred.
  • Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations.
  • Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a National background check as a condition of employment.
