Job Summary


The University of Colorado Boulder is encouraging applications for a Temporary HR Service Center Coordinator! This position will act as a resource to HR Service Center (HRSC) departments employing faculty, staff, and students. The Temporary HRSC Coordinator assists permanent HRSC Coordinators with personnel and payroll-related transactional work. Additionally, this position will collaborate with team members on assigned transaction related HRSC projects.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be


Human Resources and Payroll Services:
  • Complete a large number of HR and Payroll related transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with University, State, and Federal rules.
  • Build and maintain employment records using the human resources management system (HCM) and maintain human resources-related data.
  • Provide transactional and policy expertise related to I-9 & e-verify, background checks, etc.

HRSC Outreach and Customer Service:
  • Proactively develop constructive and harmonious working relationships with HRSC departments.
  • Meet quality standards for services, maintain a high level of professionalism in communications, and connect with a wide variety of people across campus.
  • Serve as a member of the HR team and participate as a representative of Human Resources in internal and external events and groups as appropriate.

The hourly rate for this temporary appointment is $22.00.
