Position Summary
The Health Informatics Project Analyst will lead a structured informatics initiative focused on developing a Participation Health, Safety & Access Informatics Dashboard. This role applies graduate-level Health Informatics competencies to analyze participation data, safety workflows, and operational information systems to generate data-driven insights that support participant well-being, equitable program access, and operational optimization. This position is analytical and project-based and does not involve operational staffing duties.
The appointment length for this position is 4-5 months, subject to extension based on project needs.
These are non-benefited, part-time positions not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Essential Functions
- Perform informatics-based data analysis of participation, safety, and operational data
- Conduct workflow mapping and gap analysis using health informatics methodologies
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to support decision-making
- Prepare structured informatics reports and recommendations
- Apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate findings clearly to organizational stakeholders
Alignment with MS Health Informatics Program
This role directly applies competencies acquired through graduate coursework including healthcare data mining, workflow analysis, informatics communication, and project management. The position reflects practical application of Health Informatics methodologies consistent with academic training and OPT authorization requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree
Work Schedule
10-15 hours/week.

Hourly Rate
The hourly rate for this position is $20
