Senior Lead Info Security Architect The Senior Lead Info Security Architect role will lead and collaborate with various stakeholders on the strategic vision for the enterprise leveraging security, managed solutions, and traditional capabilities; provide security designs for innovative solutions and technologies. They will lead for secure design, planning, and implementation of the company's Cyber Security organization. The ideal candidate will lead implementing cybersecurity technical controls in cloud environments, including access control, audit frameworks, configuration management, authentication systems, and communication protection. An understanding of NIST cybersecurity frameworks is essential, along with current knowledge of emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Foundational knowledge of IT systems, network architecture, and infrastructure is required to effectively translate security requirements into actionable solutions. The role will be leading the development, design, and implementations of solutions while collaborating with other resources across multiple disciplines and solutions to ensure that our cloud security solutions are secure, interoperate, and enable the business. This position will provide consultative support leading multiple teams within the organization and provide high-level technical expertise and insight. They are expected to maintain consistent knowledge of emerging trends and security best practices in the related technology space. Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead and collaborate with stakeholders on the strategic vision for the enterprise, leveraging security, managed solutions, and traditional capabilities. Provide security designs while leading innovative solutions and technologies in alignment with our enterprise architecture best practices. Define policies and standards in alignment with enterprise security and architecture requirements. Create and maintain roadmaps within the technology and architecture strategy. Lead the Designs and implementation of new, innovative secure solutions within the organization. Ensure design and architecture information is well-documented, up-to-date, and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. Lead the definition of systems solutions to fulfill the functional management of cloud platforms, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices. Provide leadership in threat analysis consultation across the organization, both within the operating business unit and to Information Technology management and staff. Maintain highly technical knowledge of security trends and emerging technologies to best inform secure design, architecture, and decision-making processes.

Required Skills: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security Engineering/Operations At least 2+ years' experience in Security Architecture At least 2+ years' experience with cloud architectures (e.g., SaaS, PaaS), common commercial cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud security solutions (e.g., Cloud Access Security Broker, Multi-factor Authentication, Zero Trust Architecture) Preferred Skills: At least 2+ years' experience managing multiple projects. Possess professional certification (i.e., CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional, CISSP, CISM) or comparable certifications. Familiarity with program coding. Worked in an agile environment. Experience utilizing development pipelines and automation (Devops/DevSecops) Comfortable with delivering documents in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Related Skills Accountability, Adaptability, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud Computing Security, Collaboration, Communication, Compliance, Consultative Communication, Cybersecurity, Detail-Oriented, General Risk Management, Network Security, Prioritizes Effectively

Base Pay Range: $159,500/yr - $208,100/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
