Job Summary
Sunnyside Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with routine checks in our vacant units.
Responsibilities
- Inspect water systems and plumbing in vacant units.
- Report and document any maintenance issues or damages.
- Monitor the overall condition of each vacant unit.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to walk between units and perform light physical tasks.
Preferences
Sunnyside Apartments resident preferred.
