Job Description
Infosys is seeking a ESRI ArcGIS Developer & Support Analyst with a strong utility and GIS domain background in playing a technology lead role in implementing GIS solutions for Electric Utilities specific to ESRI/Schneider platforms. You should have experience in implementation and deployment experience with Esri Technologies like ArcGIS Enterprise Apps (WebApp Builder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise Sites, Story maps, ArcGIS Monitor, ArcGIS Insights, Collector for ArcGIS, Navigator for ArcGIS, and Schneider Platforms- ArcFM and Designer. The Candidate will need to have experience in supporting GIS solutions in North American Utilities markets. Candidates with strong development background in Esri/ ArcFM suite of applications will be preferred in this role. This position is based out of New York city, NY. Candidate can work from anywhere in USA and or Remote during EST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Working experience ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro
Experience in GIS based web application development using .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Strong working experience with ArcGIS Suites including ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro, ArcObjects, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Web App Builder / ArcGIS Web Experience Builder
Strong working experience in developing applications using ArcGIS JavaScript 4.x, ArcGIS Runtime,
Python ((ArcPy, Pandas, NumPy), GitHub
Strong development experience in ArcFM Configuration and Customization.
Agile/SAFe Methodologies
Work closely with business stakeholders to implement, deploy, and support geostatistical analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools.
Preferred skills and experiences
Over 6 years of GIS industry experience and ESRI technologies.
GIS Web based application development (including Apps & custom widgets), testing and migration of related IT systems.
Knowledge of ArcFM Development (customization) and Support
Support cross-functional IT projects that rely heavily on GIS technology.
Spatial data management, Experience in handling disparate datasets from dozens of systems and tie them spatially.
Experience in supporting geostatistical analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools.
Experience working on teams following Agile/SAFe software development methodologies.
Proof of concept (POC) development to validate proposed solution and reduce technical risk.
Good knowledge of Utilities Industry.

"Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73,000to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
