Job Summary
The University of Colorado's Center for Health and Neuroscience, Genes, and Environment (CUChange) seeks a full-time Senior Professional Research Assistant to provide regulatory oversight and data management on numerous research protocols. This position is well suited for an individual pursuing a career in clinical or biomedical research, translational human subjects research, or laboratory or data management. Work will take place in Boulder with the possibility of occasional trips to the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. Desired start date is August 1, 2025.

Who We Are
CUChange is a motivated team that conducts transdisciplinary research exploring factors linked with health and risk behavior in a number of populations.
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Supervise all regulatory submissions and management, including IRB and FDA
- Manage all forms of data
- Supervise REDCap project design and management
- Coordinate data harmonization across institutions
- Oversee meetings and collaborations with external partners
- Assist with dissemination of research findings (e.g., conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications)

$56,000.00 to $66,000.00 annual salary

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Pre-Health, Human/Integrative Physiology, or Data Science, or equivalent degree and skillset
- Experience supervising and mentoring others professionally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with study staff, postdoctoral researchers, undergraduates, principal investigators, and other laboratories
- Experience with human clinical research ethics and preparing IRB submissions (initial applications, amendments, continuing reviews, etc.)
- Experience with data management/designing projects on data management platforms (REDCap, Qualtrics, etc.)
- Experience leading randomized clinical trials or other human subjects research protocols as a professional research assistant
