Job Summary
Radiation Oncology Data Analytics Responsibilities
- Achieve a deep understanding of the data elements in multiple Radiation Oncology systems and how meta analyses can be derived from disparate - and sometimes overlapping - data sources.
- Work closely with Radiation Oncology leadership and researchers in the effort to apply AI in both research and clinical settings.
Radiation Oncology System Administration Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with other System Administrators to install, maintain, trouble-shoot and support multiple radiation oncology systems, including optimizing application delivery, providing on-call support, etc.
- Work with Radiation Oncology end users and other

Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, or equivalent work experience
- 4 years experience in IT
- Strong troubleshooting skills with initiative to deep dive into problems to identify problem root causes
- Demonstrated IT background that enables a deep understanding of systems, networking, software, data flow and
- Experience interpreting diverse data and working with clinical and research leadership to explain and explore findings.
- Requires demonstrable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, with both other IT professionals and with customer groups
- A high level of interpersonal skill and the ability to work within a varied, demanding environment
- Experience with SQL server, databases, foundations of data science and statistics
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
Work Environment
- This is a primarily in-office position. Some limited work from home options may be available after a probationary period
- After-hours and on-call support will be expected as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Preferences
- Background in medical physics highly preferred
- Experience applying AI technologies to research and/or clinical data
