Responsibilities
Lead Management:
-Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
-Participate in Outbound Campaigns for Install Base and Net New Customers to drive sales opportunities
-Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
-Assess and analyze prospects current process and requirements
-Provide engaging and articulate information about Quest Software's value proposition to potential customers
-Maintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system
-Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications
-1-2 year's proven commercial experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years experience in sales management
-Experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector, and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
-Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
-Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
-Familiarity with Quest Software products
-CRM and Excel skills preferred
-Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in both KOREAN and ENGLISH
