Job Summary
The Resident Director (RD) is a full time, twelve-month live-in position within the Office of Residence Life and Housing. The RD responsibilities include oversight of a living and learning environment that supports individual and group development congruent with the College's mission. The RD supervises a group of Resident Assistants (RAs) and is responsible for managing the operations of a residential community, which includes community development, occupancy management, resident satisfaction, safety, and educational opportunities. The RD also serves in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents of crisis that occur after hours and on weekends at the College. Major Areas of Responsibility

Additional information:
This is a full time, twelve-month live-in, exempt level position with a salary range of $46,500 with a July 1, 2025 start date. The College is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The College also offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including:
