Salary Expectation: $26.82 to $33.52 per hour (Note: The hourly rate will commensurate based on education and occupational experience).

GRANT FUNDED - LIMITED TERM (THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025)
SHIFT: Day/evening/weekend hours | Flexible based upon the needs of the College
LOCATION: Lakeshore College - Cleveland, Wisconsin
POSITION SUMMARY: This limited term position will work to complete federal National Science Foundation grant activities by coordinating programming to meet the grant requirements. Activities include using renewable energy occupational knowledge to coordinate training for college and k-12 partners; engage with community organizations working with underserved populations to provide renewable energy education events; prepare and report on grant activities; serve as Co-PI for grant. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):
(100%) Grant Activity Facilitation
- Coordinate and implement grant-funded renewable energy education programs.
- Collaborate with other external expert college faculty and staff to provide renewable energy KidWind training to K-12 teachers. Serve as primary coordinator throughout planning and implementation.
- Communicate with educational institutions, community organizations, employers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and provide public information sessions to underserved populations.
- Organize and manage educational workshops, seminars, and events related to renewable energy.
- Track and report on the progress of grant activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
- Develop and distribute educational materials and resources.
- Prepare grant reports and documentation.
- Attend and provide reporting updates for grant meetings, both internal and external (virtual).
- Serve as Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) for the Renewable Energy National Science Foundation grant.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree in a related area from a regionally accredited college or university in a related discipline required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of relevant occupational experience required.

- Knowledge of Lakeshore's mission, vision and strategic direction.
- Knowledge in renewable energy and sustainability, preferably wind energy.
- Experience in managing educational training preferred.
