Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Custodial Staff- 1st Shift in the Department of Custodial Services.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Custodial experience is also required.

Custodial Staff- 1st Shift (KA10/61121513/ FTE-S00821P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 02. Minimum starting salary: $27,000.00. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the custodial field.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Licensure and/or Certification
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of good custodial practices and a complete understanding of cleaning products and equipment available. Must be able to operate extractors, buffers, burnishers, vacuum cleaners, wet/dry vacs, mop/broom and have a working knowledge and experience with cleaners and chemicals. Good verbal and written communication skills.
