Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs computer programming activities as assigned to fulfill programming requests, resolve problem reports, and respond to help desk calls. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs can be written. Under general direction, designs new systems and resolves complex problems. Applies good technical knowledge to work.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience
- Four years Crystal programming experience and/or SQL or similar experience required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products required.
- Will be required to work on multiple projects at a time.
- Five years Crystal programming experience, SQL, Sharepoint, asp.net, C#, and/or Visual Studio or similar experience preferred.
- Familiar with Ellucian Colleague, Business Objects and/or learning management systems preferred.
Pay Grade:
Classified 13 Salary Factor 125 Hiring Range: $ 69,000.00 - 72,000.00
Competitive starting salaries are dependent on education and experience. College of DuPage also offers a generous benefits plan.
