Responsibilities
- Liaison with the commercial organization to properly configure product offerings (initial setup and maintenance)
- Ensure data sync between Team Center, Engineering Central and the product offering
- Coordinate and implement new corporate standards for the Benson design team - facilitate learning via variety of training techniques
- Coordinate with project engineers to update budgets and budget variances (create reports & enter updates)
- Coordinate with project engineers to create project tracking files (NPCT reports)
- Coordinate with project engineers and product validation to ensure parts are ordered and tracked to support project needs; and manage the prototype part purchasing process (in SAP)
- Manage timecard data entry and submission
- Forge working relationship with program managers, project managers and product development peers
- Develop and track process and procedures to improve engineering efficiency and output
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficient skills in data manipulation using MS Excel, Access database, and MS 365 SharePoint
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Bachelors degree plus 2 or more years experience, with accounting & product development knowledge
The ideal candidate will have:
- Working knowledge in product development and bill of material structure
- Strong problem solving, multitasking and work prioritization skills
- Work in a fast paced work environment coordinating with resources in multiple locations
