Be part of a fast-paced growing team that is leading the charge to bring new electrification technologies to the CNHi portfolio of products. This team is responsible for the technical integration, functionality & delivery of electrification technology into CNH Industrial programs in line with the requirements of the final product. The Electrification Integration Engineer will support multi-functional teams to ensure that the electrification system and components are integrated into the machine according to program requirements and CNHi standards / best practices.
The office near Detroit is in Livonia, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Work with electrification teams to ensure that all electrification sub-systems / components are integrated into machine according to requirements
- Support electrification high voltage system architecture definition, taking into account technology and product/customer performance expectations
- Supports safety evaluations of the controlled systems (in line with Homologation / Directives / Liability Laws).
- Develop solutions to integration challenges while integrating electrification system into machine
- Support System Validation Specifications, test plan definition, and plan execution
- Support standardization of Systems and Functions among different platforms.
- Project management and planning in line with CNH Industrial GPD process (Priorities, achievements, prototype definition, etc.)
- Present technical status and support project evaluations & achievements with documented updates
- Estimated travel 10-15%
This position pays $97,000 - $156,000 and is eligible for the company bonus plan. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering or another related field
- 3 or more years experience in High Voltage component or system engineering, High Voltage system development, and vehicle integration and experience with High Voltage wiring / routing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering
- Experience with functional safety and electrical safety standards (e.g. ISO26262 for automotive and ISO25119 & ISO23316 for off-road)
- Agricultural or Construction Equipment background or proven experience in off road machinery engineering
- Solid understanding of DOORS or Polarion
- EMC experience is a plus
- Experience with CAD tools
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work transversally with different teams and interface easily with other engineering subject areas
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and personal organization skills
- Up to date with evolving electrification technology and suppliers
