Assembly/Rework Analyst

Our Benson, MN location is currently looking for an Assembly/Rework Analyst.


Responsibilities

• Develops AdHoc reports as requested by Operations Manager
• Creates a Flexible query that allow user input for specific report out
• Reviews queries and reports for accuracy and makes changes and improvement as needed
• Supports the business in the use of tools and reports, including Excel, Teams, and other systems as deemed necessary
• Participates in the design and development of the reports, as well as creation of user documentation

The annual salary for this role is $56,000-81,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:

• Associates degree and 1 or more years of experience OR high school diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Requires high knowledge and experience using Excel and features throughout the program
• Intermediate professional role responsible for deliver of professional reports with minimal amount of guidance.
• Accountable for meeting own targets
• Requires a level of professionalism in dealing with customers of all areas.
• Good problem solving and analysis skills to identify problems and be able to present options to correct them
