What you'll do:
The Implementation Analyst will provide end to end support and guidance for onboarding of small to medium clients to specific products and services offered by Equifax. In this role you will also provide technical and business support to Equifax's API channel, support the Sales and Product teams with customer inquiries/issues across various platforms and take part in training on new platforms and transformation journeys from existing API to a new API.
Every client we work is different, every project is a learning opportunity, now with exposure to Google Cloud Platform with training available.
What are we looking for?
-
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role -
Excellent communications both written and verbal -
Strong background in troubleshooting -
Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, REST Services -
Proven ability in working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are changing
If you have good experience with Technical Troubleshooting and Customer service, then we may look to train you up in API's and the associated tools. However, it would be good to have a foundational understanding of these tools.

Experience around REST API and familiarity with Cloud concepts
