End User Support Technician

Equifax is hiring a End User Support Technician for a fast paced call center supporting multiple lines of business with 250 Full Time Employees and up to an additional 350 Contract Workers (as needed based upon business volume). Must be able to work overtime on evenings and weekends as needed. Expected to carry a cell phone when off work in case of emergencies (normally related to a server or network appliance issue).



What you'll do

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user software and hardware support.

  • Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes.

  • Provide basic training and operational services to end users.

  • Prepare software distribution packaging and automation for remote locations.


What experience you need

  • Windows OS troubleshooting

  • PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair

  • Ethernet and WiFi troubleshooting

  • Working knowledge of DHCP, IPv4, DNS

  • Active Directory - at the very least know what Active Directory is and how to use it to reset passwords, view user account permissions, and search for computer accounts
