As a Talent Acquisition Manager II, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, execution, and assessment of talent acquisition initiatives that enable our success in acquiring the top talent required to meet business objectives. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals, providing direct supervision, hiring, training, analytics reviews, and performance management. You will work with HR business partners and business leaders on an ongoing basis as well as cross-functional teams to develop enterprise recruiting and sourcing strategies that meet business needs. You will also have the opportunity to design and lead recruiting campaigns, target leading industry talent, and specialized recruiting programs such Military Recruiting and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, etc.
This role will support the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area which is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. This role is also responsible for SNC's corporate team.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study
- Typically 4 or more years of project leadership or experience directly or indirectly managing teams
- Typically 8 or more years of talent acquisition experience including full-cycle recruitment and use of HRIS, ATS, sourcing, recruitment marketing tools, and reporting of recruiting analytics
- Proven leadership abilities inclusive of project management, successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, and holding people accountable for their performance.
- Persuasion and influence skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances
Preferred:
- Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
- Workday Recruiting Module and Beamery CRM
- Experience with social media recruitment tools such as Linkedin Recruiter
- Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, public speaking experience in multiple organization levels.
- Possess mature decision-making skills and sound judgment

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $117,040.88 - $160,931.20
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
