Who You Are
NICE inContact contact center cloud engineers are responsible for providing technical expertise and delivery of inContact cloud contact center implementations, integrations, discovery sessions and knowledge transfer for Guaranteed Rate.

What You Do
In this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Conducting discovery sessions, integrating multiple dissimilar environments, and implementing leading edge technologies.
Collaborate with business to understand their vision, value and client experience and develop and deliver a next generation Cloud Call Center Platform to meet that vision
Investigating complex technical issues and working with partnering personnel to resolve complex issues.
Using agile methodologies, partner with product managers and product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, provide technical direction and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
Provide third tier support for internal support organizations to troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation and production issues.
Experience implementing proof-of-concepts and pilots quickly to support vendor evaluations.
Ability to prioritize work affectively and meet tight deadlines when required.
Ability to partner with professional services resources to understand and implement new technologies, frameworks, and architectures.
Basic understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), unit testing and test automation.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity
Provide clear and accurate documentation as well as provide training to other Guaranteed Rate team members as needed
Ability to work within the entire suite of Contact Center solutions: ACD, skill-based routing, call recording/screen recording, speech analytics, IVR, NLU, chat, workforce management (WFM), etc.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3+ years technical, hands-on experience with focus on various digital technologies and solutions including NICE inContact (CXone) and/or GenesysCloud (PureCloud)
A passion for technology and helping people solve problems and a thirst to learn new and innovative technologies, regardless of vendor or technology.
Strong knowledge and application of Agile Methodologies.
