Responsibilities
- Lead Logistics Engineering and Third Party Logistics operation
- Optimization of logistics processes by applying Lean methodology in the deployment of Kaizens
- Warehouse, Logistics Layout and material flows management
- Implementation and maintenance of PFEP Plan for Every Part
- Packaging development
- Logistics Cost deployment
- Budget/Forecast Management monitoring Fixed and Variable costs and achieving financials targets
- Maintenance and expansion of WMS software
- Implementation of KPIs to support logistics operation management
Qualifications
- CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
- WMS Warehouse Management Systems
- 3PL Third-Party Logistics
- JIT Just in Time / JIS Just in Sequence
- Kanban
- Kitting
- Inventory Management
- Material classification and PFEP - Plan for Every part
- Logistics layouts
