Come join an industry icon as a Product Promotion Specialist for CASE Construction Equipment. In this role, you will improve customer consideration and conversion by providing product expertise and market application, while hosting customers and dealers at our Northwoods Wisconsin lodging facility. You will serve as the product application expert interfacing with customers and dealer salespeople at the renowned Tomahawk Customer Center.
Responsibilities
- Host customers and dealer sales representatives at the Tomahawk Customer Center
- Provide product demonstrations and equipment walk-arounds across full product line
- Provide expertise on CASEs features, benefits, customer value, and differentiation from the competitive models
- Support the sales training team with New Dealer Salesperson Training (NST)
- Capture customer comments to be shared with the product platform and marketing teams
- Liaison with marketing, product management and field sales to share voice of customer
- Help maintain equipment and the facility together with the team
- Serve as social media influencer; be active in social channels
This is a Tomahawk-based position
Ability to travel at least 10%
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $127,000 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 3+ years of equipment operating and/or demonstrating experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years of equipment operating and/or demonstrating experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working within construction equipment industry
- Experience working with dealers and customers
- Practical/Application knowledge of CASE Construction products
- Mechanical knowledge and technical acumen
- Competitive product knowledge
- Equipment operator experience for a major contractor
