NTT DATA Services Public Sector Vertical seeks a DC metro-based Sales Executive to join our Federal Civilian Team. This is an individual contributor role at a Sr. Director Level. The Sales Executive will drive the identification, development, and capture of IT Solutions and Professional Services opportunities for the Department of Energy. A demonstrated understanding of DOE's organization, priorities, and strategic direction is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting market assessment, strategic planning, pipeline development, qualification, and conversation, and will have played a hands-on role in new revenue attainment. The individual should have strong communication skills and the ability to consult effectively with government clients and contractor community executives.

The ideal candidate will have:
 Existing relationships with DOE at multiple GS levels
Experience in all aspects of Federal proposal development and working with a Capture team, (this is NOT a Capture role)
Solid knowledge of the competitive landscape, including an understanding of key contract vehicles used
 Established relationships across industry with large contractors, SBs, and product vendors
Ability to establish net new client relationships
 Experience supporting all aspects of the sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, qualification, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and contracting processes
 Ability to partner with alliance/channel partners to craft and support the sale of solutions
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services Department of Energy

Job Level Specific Duties & Skills:

Oversees and manages the pipeline of qualified prospects in line with NTT DATA's overall sales and growth strategy.
 Identifies and researches top prospects, developing detailed account plans per a complex sale methodology and driving sufficient demand to meet quarterly and annual targets.
 Utilizes advanced knowledge of NTT DATA's service offerings and understanding of the client's business to develop tailored proposals that present creative solutions that successfully sell the organization's capabilities.
 Demonstrated ability to build sales forecasts, establish priorities, and keep the team focused on sales goals.
 Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales quota.
 Strong influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
 Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive-level relationships.
 Proven track record of building internal and external relationships, influencing thinking through a consultative sales process, and closing complex services sales.

Minimum Experience:
 10+ years relevant experience. (Includes 5-7 years managerial/leadership experience.)
 10+ years selling experience selling similar types of services: IT Infrastructure, Applications Modernization, Advisory/Consulting, Digital & Application, Infrastructure, Cloud, Mobility & Security, Business Process Outsourcing
 Track record of wins in the $20M – $100M+ TCV range within these Federal Civilian Agencies, specifically DOE.
 Meeting and exceeding a set individual quota (currently $16MM TCV)
Undergraduate degree, Masters preferred (will consider work history)

This position is partially remote. Candidates must be commutable to the DC Metro Area.
