New Holland is currently seeking a Manager, Precision Technology Solutions: SP Sprayers, Tillage, Seeding, H&F.

This role is responsible for acting as the precision technology expert for their assigned global product platform(s). Using customer centric methodology, the role will identify technology opportunities for both in field applications as well as remote monitoring and management solutions. This opportunity, aligned with our product teams, is to be incorporated into product roadmaps and drive delivery of the future of New Holland solutions that add value to our customers. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about shaping the technology story across our global team!


Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert technology resource to the assigned product platform(s)
• Own technology solution incorporation into roadmap and product development plans
• Develop and maintain global New Holland prioritization of precision technology needs
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and develop execution plans to achieve them
• Drive factory fit offering structure to include incorporation of precision technology features
• Create and track factory fit precision technology revenue targets by global New Holland regions
• Establish technology adoption targets and develop and implement strategic plans to achieve them
• Evaluate emerging technology solutions to identify partnership and M&A opportunities
• Serve as a communication conduit between the New Holland region teams and global product development functions
• Represent the New Holland customer base by ensuring all product requirements and priorities align with customer needs
• Act as the final checkpoint between product development completion and commercial launch decisions

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required; Business/Marketing or Agriculture preferred
• At least three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment or agricultural industry directly selling, supporting, or servicing precision farming technology
• Ability to travel at least 25% annually.
