Salary: $57,000 $59,000 per year

  • Toolbox
  • Leverage Microsoft O365 (Admin Center, Exchange, Power Apps, Entra, and Azure) to provide top tier solutions.
  • Ability to create workflow diagrams and define improvements to workflows.
  • Solve L2 escalated hardware, network, and software service tickets from our Level 1 Support within our ticketing system.
  • Experience with VPNs and how to troubleshoot connection related problems.
  • Detailed and accurate recording keeping.
  • Experience managing computer equipment via inventory system.
  • Create structured internal software procedures and user guides when needed.
  • Ability to work within a project management platform to manage workload assigned.
  • Can work within deadlines and time sensitive tasks.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting workflow process (Critical Thinking)


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with the following applications: ClickUp, ConnectWise, FreePBX, Rainforest, KnowBe4 and ChatGPT.
  • Able to lift 20-40 pounds.
  • 4-5 years of industry experience

    Working Conditions:
  • Fulltime In-office 7am-4pm
  • May require travel when needed.
  • Weekend Rotation with support staff.
