About the Role
- Focus on customer retention and upselling
- Managing the full sales-cycle with warm leads/existing customers and progressing pipeline through the sales cycle
- Understanding a customer's needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
- Presenting to VP, C-Suite executives and navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization (typically known entities in Account Manager role)
- 2+ years' experience in a customer success or sales role (SaaS Preferred)
- Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
- Experience with solution selling i.e., challenger, QBS (Question Based Selling) or MEDDIC methodologies
- Ability to succeed in a high velocity sales environment

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $41,000 - $51,000 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
