We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to join our team in Fargo. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the production and operations of the plant.



Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle orders submitted for production and provide customer support for orders.
• Perform master scheduling tasks.
• Support monthly Manufacturing Operations Plan development & perform the monthly load of MRP with the data from the approved monthly Manufacturing Operations Plans
• Maintain order allocation system and collect orders per the manufacturing plan.
• Support external finished goods audits when required and perform internal finished goods inventory audits.
• Maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Fulfill World Class Manufacturing requirements as assigned.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Logistics or other technical discipline
• OR a high school diploma/GED plus 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing and/or logistics

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and progress multiple priorities concurrently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and have advanced skills in Excel. SAP and CMS/MRP experience are preferred.
• Successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Additionally, strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
