As a Technical Trainer II, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing technical content and training materials for both internal and external customers at SNC. You will deliver on-site/remote client support by providing expert training program and advising on technical training materials. You will collaborate and work as a partner along product management, engineers, and program managers. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the leaders on effectiveness of technical training programs.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 3 years of work experience
  • Relevant experience beyond 3+ years may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances

    Preferred:

  • Background in technical training, programs, communications, or other similar function

  • FCC, GROL, IPC certifications, Radar endorsements, training certifications, and an A&P license may be favorably considered

  • Previous avionics experience with wiring harness fabrication and/or installation is highly desirable

The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.

    Estimated Starting Salary Range: $60,835.00 - $83,648.13
