SoftBank Robotics, the global leader in workforce automation, is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to join a fast growing sales team that is focused on shaping the future through artificial intelligence and robotics. Workplace automation is the next big technological shift, comparable to the introduction of the smartphone. This position will be responsible for our western region and is ideally located in the Mountain or Central time zone.

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to help spearhead our major account sales. As a Sr. Sales Executive, you will play a critical and active role in the growth of new major targeted logos in North America. This is an excellent opportunity to be an early and key member of our fast-growing North American team. You will work alongside our sales leadership team, specifically reporting to the Director of Sales, which will position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have deep experience selling to enterprise organizations and is capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CFO, Head of Operations, Head of Asset Management, and Facility Staff. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working with products that require deep industry understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their investment decisions. You get excited about prospecting and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.

What you'll do:

  • Aggressively target high-potential prospects and develop outbound strategies

  • Successfully execute enterprise sales cycles from prospect to close

  • Engage with Account Management & Deployment teams to drive customer success.

  • Travel up to 40% each month to meet prospects and close opportunities

  • Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline to management

  • Build and maintain a healthy and successful opportunity pipeline.

  • Consistently over-achieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan.

  • Real-time CRM tracking and updating of your sales opportunities.




  • 5+ years in active sales and minimum 2+ years in field sales

  • A proven track record of exceeding quota and expectations – top 5% performer

  • Proven ability to prospect and uncover new opportunities strategically on your own

  • Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and ROI models

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers adopting automation for the first time

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota through new account acquisition

  • Ability to follow a repeatable sales process and methodology

  • Ability to identify strategic customer pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the Customer

  • Business acumen developed over years of working with B2B customers on transformative solutions.

  • Successful at engaging with all levels in an organization - comfortable with C-level executives

  • Ability to represent SoftBank Robotics' business with our Enterprise Customers

  • You are a hardworking, self-starter with the ability to lead a prospect through an entire sales process.

  • Develop clear, concise value propositions for executives to easily understand the ROI and value of implementing our solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and provide accurate forecasts by clearly quantifying opportunity size and likelihood in our CRM.

  • You are ready and willing to dive headfirst into a fast-paced high-growth environment

  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Understanding of commercial robotics industry a plus

  • Have experience with a variety of software business tools, including CRMs, Google Docs, Excel, etc.
