What we're looking for:
You will develop, test, debug and maintain software components that enhance the end-user experience for our CAS Security features as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on UI
As part of the Citrix Analytics Service/Security organization, our Engineering and Data Science teams develop solutions by aggregating data across user devices, networks, applications and generating actionable insights. We employ statistical and Machine Learning techniques to provide visibility into user and application behavior and identify indicators of risk. Our solutions are cloud based, and across Citrix portfolio as well as third-party products. Role Responsibilities:
- Writing the front-end applications and building the user interface, while also being hands-on in backend development.
- Implementing designs; debugging and integrating code; implementing automated unit tests, performing code reviews, assisting with technical specification documentation and review.
- Being involved in deploying the developed modules to our cloud environment(s).
- Working with data scientists and product designers to understand the data and how it should be visualized.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field. MS degree is preferred.
- Preferably 0 to 2 years of experience in software product development and life-cycle maintenance.
- Experience with a backend language such as Python or Java.
- Experience with JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model!
- Experience with integrating UI with RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, CSS, REST, AJAX and JSON, asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6!
- Familiarity with Jest/Enzyme testing frameworks.
- Experience with Redux, GraphQL, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, and Databases.
