Microsoft 365 Technical Product Architect -- US Remote

Job Profile SummaryMicrosoft 365 subject matter expert who will support the continual operations and improvements of our Microsoft 365 product line, including ensuring effective use of the customer portal plus guidance with new product releases. The Senior Product Architect will develop a deep understanding of current customer offerings including customer portal, portal configurations, policies, and technical components of the supporting environments to manage the Microsoft 365 product line. Additionally, the architect will provide technical strategy on new Microsoft 365 technologies relevant to the product line. The product team works in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, and Support to launch new offerings, translate Microsoft changes to product requirements and offerings, and align new offerings with internal and Microsoft strategic goals.   • Anticipates future direction of the business and drives short and long-term technology strategy.
  • Microsoft Office 365 technical subject matter expert to include expert level understanding of Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other components of the Office and Microsoft 365 services, acting as SME and supporting training enablement.
  • Maintains a comprehensive technical understanding of all aspects of Office 365
  • Maintains close partnership with our Microsoft 365 partner team and maintains awareness of Microsoft 365 structure roadmap and releases, to develop a deep understanding of business impacts, customer impacts, and provides recommendations for new product releases.
  • Provide guidance and management of multiple Microsoft CSP tenants including configuration, users, and administrative capabilities.
  • Define processes for managing, tracking, and auditing changes in administrative roles within multiple partner center tenants, across multiple regions.
  • Collaborates and acts as subject matter expert across multiple teams including sales, support, professional services, product, and marketing
  • Work with product and marketing team to create and present presentations for customers, webinars or internal training
  • Assist with management of documentation on Microsoft 365 offerings
  • Assist development teams with strategy and technical guidance for API integrations with Microsoft and other partner organizations. Knowledge
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies working in a progressive Architect or similar role required
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to provide value input on a global scale.
  • Ability to present architecture and highly technical products to senior leaders, partners or customers, as needed.
  • Understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work and promote inclusiveness in team settings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange services.
  • Experience with third party single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell.
  • Ability to work independently and within groups, and manage multiple activities and/or tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with API integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Experience with developing cloud-based distributed systems with C# is a plus.
  • Microsoft 365 Certification(s) is a plus. Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Physical Demands
  • General office environment.
  • Moderate levels of stress may occur at times.
  • May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor.
  • No special physical demands required.
  • Schedule flexibility to include periodically working a weekend day and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations.
  • Occasional travel, less than 10%.The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $114,000 -- $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
