Requirements

Is experienced in Domain driven design & development. Experienced in delivering cloud native applications, migration strategies. Expert in applying various design patterns & principles in building web/batch applications as monoliths or micro-services Is comfortable in switching roles and playing that of a lead or Sr. developer as needed Drives team by leading with example feels comfortable taking up components that are complex. Experienced in different software methodologies works with project management & leadership in developing incremental roadmap. Helps define tangible milestones that can help leadership measure progress Is adept at leading large groups and influencing an outcome suited for delivery. Provides mitigating strategies to leadership steering clear of commitment misses or perception challenges. Can partner and thrive in a matrix environment influencing dependent constituents to remain aligned to project deadlines Works with analyst team to challenge & question archaic processes and offers innovative solutions to help optimize business value. Partners with quality assurance team to identify vulnerable areas for focused functional & endurance testing Outlines monitoring strategy for operations team with measurable KPI metrics. Experienced in preparing design artifacts to suit the need of a discussion and for conventional architecture documentation purposes. Keeps updated to technology trends and finds ways to improve tech stack, a good mentor.
