Responsibilities

• Duties: The Engineering Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in Burr Ridge, IL will administer team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning; maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance; monitor the demand for engineering services and participate in planning processes to ensure adequate resources; participate in development and execution of budgets, short-term plans, and long-term plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives; work with project manager to assure accurate and timely completion of projects.; coordinate the development of key engineering deliverables; participate in or oversee the design process as needed; develop, formulate, and direct engineering processes and procedures; keep informed of new developments, methods and techniques in the technical profession; lead team to evaluate, review, and design new or enhanced products; support all functions of the engineering process including risk assessment, testing, and release of product; ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering documentation; promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration; provide assistance and direction on engineering issues, and keep appropriate staff informed of issues or concerns; keep abreast of new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applications; assure staffing requirements are met; encourage team member growth and development. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. 15% domestic travel required. Salary: $156,960- $183,000.
  

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 3 of experience as a Software Developer or any related occupation. The 3 years of experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Developing agriculture of construction domain use cases and application, (2) designing and developing software applications in .NET, framework, core, java and Restful API development, (3) using service-oriented architectures and microservices, (4) development and deployment with Azure Cloud Platform, (5) developing IOT Applications including Thingworx or Azure IOThub, (6) developing front-end applications with Angular or React, and (7) testing tools including Jasmine, Cypress, Junit, NUnit, or xUnit.
