The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Specialist is a key member of the North America Diversity & Inclusion office with a focus on advancing organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion within the region through training, initiatives, awareness, and system/process review. As a resource to all business groups, this position will support leadership teams across departments and locations to create inclusive environments and practices in which all employees can be engaged and thrive.

The ideal candidate will work from Burr Ridge, IL. This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!



Responsibilities
  • Development and execution of multi-functional programs to drive advancement in organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Deployment of diversity/inclusion/unconscious bias training through logistics management, learning management system administration, participation tracking and progress reporting
  • Collaboration with critical internal groups such as: Recruiting, Talent Management, Human Resources Business Partners/Managers, Compensation, Benefits and Compliance
  • Reporting and presentation development for leadership and committee reviews
  • Collaboration with Corporate Communications and social media platform owners to develop and cascade campaigns related to D&I programs, resources, and general awareness
  • Support Employee Resource Groups in the pursuit of their missions and alignment with corporate Employee Resource Group structure

This position pays between $56,000 to $81,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an Associates Degree plus proven ability or a High School Diploma plus five years of proven ability
  • 2+ years of D&I or related experience in a professional/corporate environment
