What You'll Do
- Automate software builds and release configurations in the cloud.
- Design, Implement and manage work-flows to automate the release and upgrade process for applications in lower Test and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, and facilitate resolution.
- Work with cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Ensure service uptimes, response times, and other KPIs are met.
- Assist in designing and delivering resilient systems and configurations
- Document systems, processes, incidents, and changes.
- Support infrastructure systems
Must Haves
- Windows Server operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft System Center stack (Virtual Machine Manager, Windows Azure Pack, Service Provider Foundation)
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
- Familiar with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure); a cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience with development/programming languages (Python, Ruby, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, Shell)
- Familiar with configuration management toolsets (Chef, Ansible, Puppet)
- Knowledge of source code management, continuous integration/continuous delivery solutions (Github, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins)
