Associate Program Manager

Are you ready to use your leadership and skills in a program management position? This is your opportunity! As an Associate Indirect Program Manager, you will support a new aircraft development program where SNC will design and develop the Mission Equipment Package for a new platform. You will be using your skills and expertise to manage our cost, schedule, and engineering deliverables, ranging from small to highly complex, for the enterprise. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or technical related discipline
  
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive others to success
  
• Requires strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules
  
• Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations

Preferred:

• Managing budgets and/or financials for multiple projects/programs
  
• Managing schedules and/or timelines for multiple projects/programs
  
• Managing milestone and technical requirements for engineering programs
  
• Employing proactive risk and opportunity management for multiple projects/programs
  
• Reviewing and analyzing cost and schedule reports/metrics for multiple projects/programs
  
• Preparing cost and schedule proposals in accordance with defined scope and requirements
  
• Coordinating personnel and stakeholders to ensure program success
  
• PMP certification is desired
  
• Proposal experience to include preparing cost estimates and BOE ration
  
• Knowledge of Military Mission systems and how they interact and integrate into a military aircraft
  
• Military certification knowledge
  
• Military Helicopter Human Factor experience
  
• Needs to be a leader and able to lead an IPT team of individuals that both report directly and indirectly to them

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $88,499.72 - $121,687.12

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
